Information for visitors
Visitors have access to the workstations located on companys property, only trough the guard station – at the Gate.
Public areas:
Recreation area (terrace and dining area) have free access.
Administrative buildings have free access during working hours (8:00 to 4:00 p.m.).
Restricted areas:
Barrier marks the restricted area.
Restricted area includes hangar, taxiway, runway and aircraft.
Airside and has strictly limited access since December 2011.
For airside access is required a written address and the approval of the aviation security personnel of Regional Air Services, who is in charge with designating an attendant from the company.
Visitors have access to the restricted area only if accompanied by a person authorized by Regional Air Services.
Substances and objects prohibited in the restricted area:
» Flammable
» Pyrotechnics
» Open flame (lit cigarettes, etc.)
» Blunt objects
» Guns
Prohibited access areas:
Visitors are banned from:
» Fuel and oil deposit
» Generators
» LPG cylinder
» Generating Station
» Training Pool
» Runaway and taxiway
» Hangar
Smoking area:
Smoking is allowed only in designated areas.
Approved smoking areas are located in front of the administrative building A and C and in the dining area.
Aviation Security regulation imposed by REGIONAL AIR SERVICES Ltd on Tuzla airport are in full compliance with the requirements of:
» (EU) Regulation No. 1254/2009 form 18th of December 2009 setting criteria to allow Member States to derogate from the common basic standards on civil aviation security and to adopt alternative security measures;
» M.T.I. ORDER NO. 755 from 23th of September 2010 on the approval of alternative security measures for civil aviation operations in all categories stipulated in art. 1 of (EU) Regulation No. 1254/2009 from 18th of December 2009 setting criteria to allow Member States to derogate from the common basic standards on civil aviation security and to adopt alternative security measures.
Tuzla airport security regulation are set in accordance with the legislation in force, for each category of areas, including:
» Unrestricted area;
» Airside;
» Security restricted area.
Tuzla airport access is managed through an identification card system, including electronic type.
Supervision of all categories of areas set on Tuzla airport is achieved through a TV-CI system, active 24 hours on 24.
Security measures implemented on Tuzla airport are conducted by professionally qualified personnel.
