Romanian Association for Promoting Aviation (ARPA) is a non-profit organization based on Tuzla Airport, Constanta district.
ARPA aims to:
» support and promote Romanian small aviation,
» stimulate the interest of young people in becoming pilots,
» encourage tourism based on small aviation services (pleasure flights, skydive),
» improve performances of Romanian small airports,
» make easier the access of Romanian pilots to international renown aviation events.
Established in 2006, ARPA organized and supported by own means but also with external budgets events that aimed at its statutory objectives:
